In Game 5 on Friday night, the Lightning defeated Colorado with tough physicality, closing out neutral territory.

Lightning coach John Cooper finally found a way to stop Colorado captains Gabriel Landeskog and Miko Rantenon.

With this win, Tampa Bay Lightning are now in a position to make their series debut in Florida this weekend.

So far, only one team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, has captured the final Game 7 in 1942 after going 3-1 in the series.
